Refunds depend on the organizer's policy and the status of the event. Please review the policy shown on the event page before you purchase.
Eligible refunds
- Event canceled by the organizer.
- Event rescheduled and you cannot attend (when organizer allows).
- Duplicate charges or payment errors.
Non-refundable cases
- Change of plans after purchase when the organizer marks tickets as non-refundable.
- Failure to attend or late arrival.
Processing time
Approved refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or card provider.
