Refunds at a glance

Refunds depend on the organizer's policy and the status of the event. Please review the policy shown on the event page before you purchase.

If an event is canceled, we will work with the organizer to process refunds as quickly as possible.

Eligible refunds

  • Event canceled by the organizer.
  • Event rescheduled and you cannot attend (when organizer allows).
  • Duplicate charges or payment errors.

Non-refundable cases

  • Change of plans after purchase when the organizer marks tickets as non-refundable.
  • Failure to attend or late arrival.

Processing time

Approved refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or card provider.
